Welcome to the Jan Brand - Exeter, East Devon and South Devon - Personal Life Coaching & Counselling website, please do take time to look through the site. You will find information about me, counselling and coaching, my approach to both and how I aim to help you.

My practice is in Colyton, East Devon and it is in easy reach of  Sidmouth, Honiton, Axminster, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Charmouth, Ottery St. Mary, Beer, Branscombe, Budleigh Salterton, Exmouth and Chard.  I also work in consulting rooms in Exeter, Axminster and Bishopsteignton.  My Exeter and Axminster consulting rooms are close to both rail and bus routes.  My Colyton practice is on the main bus route and has car parking close by.

As a qualified counsellor I offer counselling for individuals and couples.  I also offer life, relationship, business and executive coaching. I am qualified to work with groups and offer facilitation and training.  Guided meditation is also available for individuals and groups, together with Mindfulness meditation and guidance.
